Cookie Policy

Cookies

• Sign-in: keep you signed in and protect sign-in forms from forgery.
• Active family: if someone has shared their family with you, remember which family you were last looking at.

Browser storage

• Your answers before you sign up: kept on your device until you create an account, so you don't lose them.
• Your cookie choice, and small display preferences such as a dismissed announcement or which study questions you've already seen.

Analytics, only with your OK

If you choose “Accept analytics”, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. They set cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) to count visits and tell apart returning visitors, and record which pages you visit, how far you scroll, which buttons you use and which steps of the journey you reach. They never receive your answers, your name, your email or anything you type, and pages with sign-in or invitation links are never measured. Google keeps this data for 14 months. If you choose “Essential only”, or haven't chosen yet, none of this loads.

Other sites

When you pay with Stripe or sign in with Google, those services may set their own cookies on their own sites, under their own policies.

How to control cookies

You can change your analytics choice at any time: Cookie choices. Turning analytics off removes its cookies. You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; blocking essential ones will sign you out and may stop parts of NewcomersPath from working.
